Overview

Fairplay is a small charity in the heart of Payatas, Quezon City. We employ with the view to developing talent and helping to provide experience and expertise to our team members. Most of our staff are from Payatas itself, and know the community very well.

Our long-term goal is to develop staff members from our Fairplay Scholars who will learn and gain experience for two years with us, for example, as a coach or tutor. During this time, the goal is to become an assistant manager of the department and learn how to manage the department. After two years, they will level up within Fairplay and become department manager, and train the next person. Or level out of Fairplay and enter more managerial positions outside of our organisation due to their experience and training.

Below are the positions available at Fairplay open to anyone with the appropriate qualifications. Please follow the guidelines on each post as incomplete applications will be rejected.
